Shipping Policy

We ship to anywhere in the US, including US territories.

We do offer international shipping. Keep in mind that your country may hold your package for customs inspection. You may also be responsible for import taxes and duties.

Orders over $75 ship FREE!

Orders under $75 will see a different rate at checkout depending on your destination.

For domestic shipping, you can choose to ship via USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

For international shipping, we offer USPS First Class International Mail.

Upon receiving your order, our turnaround is typically 48 hours to get your items shipped. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.

Stone milling Matcha is a very slow process and we mill our Matcha in small batches, so there might be delays in which case we’ll contact you via email.

Unfortunately, once your order leaves our mill, we do not have control over USPS and can provide no further information beyond what tracking shows.

Estimated times for USPS domestic shipping are:

• USPS First Class Mail: 2-5 business days

• USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

USPS does not provide a time frame for international mail.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number when your order gets shipped.
